Somatic practice — Berlin & online

Somatic healing for women returning to the body, the shadow, and the self.

A body-based practice for emotional release, nervous system support, women’s circles, and deeper self-connection — especially for women navigating chronic stress, body disconnection, or autoimmune healing journeys.

Body memory

The body remembers.

It remembers what we had to suppress, perform through, and survive. Sometimes it speaks through tension, fatigue, numbness, pain, grief, or anger — or the sense that we have grown distant from ourselves.

This work is a return to listening. Not forcing the body to change, but meeting what it has been holding — and letting release come from safety rather than pressure.

Who this is for

This space is for women who…

  1. 01

Feel far from their own body

Disconnected from sensation, intuition, and the signals that once told them what they needed.

  2. 02

    Carry chronic stress

Living with emotional exhaustion, or a nervous system that never fully lands into safety.

  3. 03

Are navigating chronic or autoimmune symptoms

Learning to listen to fatigue, flares and pain instead of only pushing through them.

  4. 04

    Are tired of pushing through

Done performing wellness and abandoning themselves to keep producing.

  5. 05

    Want a grounded, soulful space

Drawn to somatic release, women’s circles, ritual and shadow work — without spiritual bypass.

  6. 06

Are returning to their cycle and rhythms

Reconnecting with the body’s seasons, their boundaries, intuition and self-trust.

Ways we can work together

Three doorways back into the body.

1:1 Somatic Emotional Release

A body-based session to explore what you may be holding emotionally — through breath, awareness, sound, touch-points and nervous system support. Informed by neo emotional release, we work with what is ready to move, at the pace your body sets.

Women’s Somatic Circles

Small group gatherings in Berlin for emotional release, body connection, ritual and reflection — a place for women to be witnessed, to feel less alone, and to belong.

Yoga & Embodiment

Body-based practices for slowing down, listening inward, and rebuilding trust with the body. This offering is forming slowly and with care — not yet a fully established service.

The approach

Nothing here is forced. We build enough safety for the nervous system to let go of what it has been holding — and trust the body to lead.
01
Somatic practice

The body as the doorway — sensation, breath and movement as the language of change.

02
Nervous system care

Safety before release. We regulate first, so what has been held can move without overwhelm.

03
Shadow & archetypes

Meeting the hidden or exiled parts — anger, grief, desire — with room to be witnessed.

04
Ancestral remembering

Ritual, cycles, and women gathering — older, slower ways of healing together.

05
Lived autoimmune healing

Sensitivity to chronic symptoms, fatigue and body mistrust, from lived experience.

The worldview

Women were not made for constant output.

So many of us are trying to heal inside a culture that rewards productivity, emotional suppression, self-abandonment, and disconnection from our natural rhythms. This work makes space for a slower return — to the body, the cycle, the shadow, and the parts of the self we were taught to push away.

About Eglė

This work is personal, not abstract.

I’m Eglė — a somatic practitioner working with women in Berlin and online. My own path into this work ran through an autoimmune healing journey, and years of mistrusting a body that kept sending signals I had been taught to override.

Learning to listen to those signals — fatigue, pain, the nervous system’s alarms — instead of pushing through them changed how I understand healing. I don’t offer a cure or a formula. I offer a grounded space to meet what the body has been holding, and to rebuild trust with it over time.
